ASSAMBLEIAS responds to the invitation made by Catarina Simão to Elsa Aleluia, to work their own archives, contrasting them with the reading and manipulation of Derrida's book, Politics of Friendship; Both artists assume their researcher drive and primacy of affect as counterpart for the over-rationalization of historical knowledge.
